Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate your billing.
Is there a free trial?
Solo is free for as long as you like, no card needed. Practice and Clinic start with a 14-day trial: you add a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before that and you pay nothing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Prices exclude VAT; Paddle adds your country's rate at checkout and issues a VAT invoice automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, isolated per clinic with row-level security, and processed under GDPR. We do not claim HIPAA or SOC 2 certification.
