For multi-location clinics

Several clinics, one system, and each location still feels like its own

A group with a clinic in Limassol and another in Nicosia needs one login for the owner, separate diaries and booking pages for each site, and staff who see only the locations they work at. Relatica models exactly that: an organization owns locations, people are assigned to locations, and everything from hours to rooms to online booking is set per location.

What breaks when a clinic opens a second site

Single-clinic software is copied, and the copy starts drifting on day one. Groups end up with two patient bases, two price lists and an owner who logs in twice to see the week.

Two systems, two truths

Each site runs its own instance. A patient seen at both is two records; a price change is made twice; the owner's report is a spreadsheet made by hand.

Everyone sees everything, or nothing

Either every receptionist can open every site's diary, or each site is walled off and the doctor who covers both has two logins.

One booking page for different clinics

Patients book the wrong site because the online form does not know that the laser is only in Nicosia and Dr Georgiou is only in Limassol on Fridays.

Billing by seat

Per-user pricing punishes a group for every part-time receptionist and locum. Relatica prices per practitioner and per location, not per login.

A group in Relatica

How a dental group with three clinics, twelve dentists and one owner runs on the Clinic plan.

  1. 1

    One organization, three locations

The owner creates the organization once and adds each clinic as a location with its own address, subdomain, time zone, working hours and rooms. Each location gets its own online booking page.

  2. 2

People are assigned where they work

A dentist who works in Limassol and Paphos is assigned to both and sees both diaries. A receptionist in Nicosia sees Nicosia. Roles decide what each person may change.

  3. 3

One patient base, local price lists

Patients belong to the organization, so a patient seen in Limassol and Nicosia is one record with one history. Services, prices and rooms are set per location, seeded from a template so a new clinic starts with the same catalogue.

  4. 4

The owner switches location without logging out

A location switcher at the top of the app moves between clinics. The dashboard, calendar, patients and reports follow the selected location.

  5. 5

Reminders and claims run per location

Each location's reminders go out with its own name and phone number. Claims are tracked per location, so each clinic's GHS and insurer receivables are visible on their own.

  6. 6

The month is closed per clinic

The visits report is exported per location for the accountant. The subscription is one invoice for the whole organization, paid by the owner.

What Relatica does for a clinic group

Locations under one organization

Each location has its own subdomain, address, hours, rooms, doctors, booking page and reminder settings. The organization owns the plan, the services and the team.

Roles and per-location assignment

Owner, admin, manager and staff roles combined with location assignments decide who sees which diary and who may change settings, prices or delete records.

A booking page per clinic

Each location publishes its own services, doctors and hours. Patients book at the site they will visit, and the confirmation carries that clinic's details.

Reports per location

Visits by doctor, status and date for the selected location, exported as CSV or printed. Owners compare sites by switching location.

Access logs across the group

Every access to a patient record is logged with the user and time. Erasure and export requests are handled per patient with a documented reason.

One subscription, priced by practitioner

Clinic covers up to fifteen practitioners across three locations for €199 a month with 1,000 SMS. Network removes the limits and adds guided onboarding, priced by agreement.

Who this is for

  • Dental and medical groups with two to ten clinics in Cyprus or Greece.
  • A practice opening its second site that does not want to run two systems.
  • Networks with doctors who rotate between locations.
  • Owners who want one report per clinic and one invoice for the group.

What it costs a group

Clinic is €199 a month for up to fifteen practitioners across three locations, with 1,000 SMS, claims, reminders, reports, documents and priority support; it starts with a 14-day trial. Network is for larger groups: unlimited locations and practitioners, 3,000 SMS and guided onboarding, from €449 a month by agreement. Yearly billing on Clinic is €1,990, two months free.

Questions clinic groups ask

Are patients shared between locations?

Yes. Patients belong to the organization and carry the location where they registered. A patient seen at two clinics is one record with one history, one set of documents and one treatment plan list. Appointments, services and rooms stay per location.

Can one doctor work at two clinics?

Yes. A user is assigned to any number of locations and switches between them in the app. Doctors belong to the organization; their working hours and rooms are set per location, so a schedule can differ by site.

Does each clinic get its own web address for booking?

Yes. Every location has its own subdomain, and its booking page lives there with its own services, doctors, hours and phone number.

How is the group billed?

One subscription per organization, paid by the owner through Paddle with a VAT invoice. Clinic includes three locations; Network is agreed per group. Adding a location within the plan costs nothing extra.

Can a manager at one site see another site's figures?

Only if assigned to it. Reports follow the selected location, and a user without an assignment to a location cannot open it at all. The owner and admins see every location.

Is there an API for the group's own reporting?

Not a public one yet. Every plan has calendar feeds and CSV exports of visits and patients. Network customers agree integration work with us during onboarding.
