How a private practice works in Greece, and what that asks of the software

Greek practices sit between the public system and private payment. The software has to respect that without pretending to replace the state platforms.

EOPYY and private patients in one diary

Many doctors see EOPYY-referred patients alongside fully private ones and privately insured ones. Relatica marks each visit as self-paid or insurance and tracks insurer claims with a reference and status. There is no EOPYY integration; the diary and the money stay complete on your side.

E-prescription stays on IDIKA

Prescriptions and referrals are issued on the national e-prescription platform, and Relatica does not try to duplicate it. The record holds allergies, medications and visit notes so the doctor has the clinical picture before opening the prescription system.

Receipts and myDATA are your accountant's tools

Relatica records what each visit was paid, how and by whom, and exports the month as CSV. Fiscal receipts and myDATA reporting remain with your invoicing software or accountant; we do not issue tax documents.

Patients expect to book from their phone

A practice with a booking link on Google and social media fills quiet hours. Relatica gives every practice a public booking page in Greek, with the services and hours you choose and confirmation by email.

Relatica is developed in Limassol, Cyprus, by a team that works in Greek every day. The product, the booking page, the reminders and the documentation exist in Greek, not as an afterthought translation. Support is by email in Greek and English. What we do not have yet in Greece: integrations with EOPYY, IDIKA or myDATA, and a local phone line. We say so here so that you do not discover it after signing up.

Questions from practices in Greece

Is the whole product in Greek?

Yes. The application, the public booking page, the confirmation and reminder messages and this website are in Greek, English and Russian. Each clinic picks its language, and each patient can have a preferred language for messages.

Does it connect to EOPYY or e-prescription?

No. Prescriptions and referrals continue on the national platforms. Relatica keeps the diary, the record, the plans, the reminders and the money side, and tracks insurer claims by reference and status.

Can I issue receipts from Relatica?

No. Relatica records payments per visit and exports them; fiscal receipts and myDATA reporting stay with your invoicing software. Our own subscription invoices are issued with VAT through Paddle.

Where is the data stored?

In the European Union, on Supabase infrastructure, with backups. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See the Security page for details.

Do SMS reminders work with Greek mobile numbers?

Yes. Reminders are sent to Greek and international numbers. SMS credits are included in the Practice and Clinic plans; email reminders and booking confirmations are included on every plan.

What does it cost?

Solo is free for one doctor at one location with up to 200 patients. Practice is €89 a month for up to five practitioners, Clinic €199 a month for up to fifteen across three locations. Prices are in euros, and paid plans start with a 14-day trial without a card.
