For solo practitioners

Free clinic software for one practitioner, without paying for a clinic system

A dentist renting a chair, a physiotherapist with one room, a dermatologist seeing patients two days a week. You need a calendar patients can book into, a record you can trust and a way to see what was paid. Relatica Solo gives you that for free, and grows into a clinic plan the day you hire.

Why solo practitioners end up with a notebook

Clinic systems are priced for clinics. A single practitioner either pays for seats they do not use or keeps the practice in a paper diary and a phone.

Minimum three seats

Most practice software starts at a price that assumes reception, an assistant and a manager. For one person that is the most expensive subscription in the practice.

Booking apps without a record

Salon-style booking tools are cheap and pleasant, but they have no place for allergies, notes or documents. The clinical side goes back to paper.

Your phone is the reception

Every booking is a call you take between patients. Patients who cannot reach you book with someone else.

Nothing is ready for growth

The day you take on a colleague, the notebook and the personal calendar have to be replaced, and the history has to be retyped.

A working week on Solo

How a physiotherapist with one treatment room and no reception runs the practice.

  1. 1

    Patients book on your page

Your public booking page lists the services and the hours you set. New patients book an assessment; you get an email and confirm with one click, or let bookings confirm automatically.

  2. 2

Your calendar is in your phone's calendar

Subscribe to your Relatica calendar feed in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Appointments appear where you already look, and the source of truth stays in Relatica.

  3. 3

The record is open during the session

Allergies and medications on the first screen, previous visit notes below, the treatment plan with sessions delivered and remaining next to it.

  4. 4

Payments are recorded as you go

Each visit records what was paid and how. At the end of the month the visits report shows the month by service and exports to CSV for your accountant.

  5. 5

    Documents stay with the patient

Referral letters, consents and photos are uploaded to the patient record from your phone, dated, and included in the patient's data export if they ever ask.

  6. 6

    When you hire, you upgrade

Practice adds up to five practitioners, SMS reminders, claims and reports for €89 a month. Your patients, history and settings stay exactly where they are.

What Solo includes

A calendar that refuses clashes

Working hours, breaks and time blocks. A booking that overlaps your own diary is refused when it is made, whether it comes from you or from the booking page.

Your own booking page

A public page at your clinic's address. Choose the bookable services, the earliest slot offered and how far ahead patients can book.

Up to 200 patients with a full record

Contact details, allergies, medications, chronic conditions, visit notes, documents and treatment plans. Dental clinics get the FDI tooth chart.

Payments per visit

Record what was paid, how and by whom: patient, GHS or insurer. The visits report exports the month as CSV.

Calendar sync

A private calendar feed for Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, so your appointments appear on your phone without a separate app.

GDPR handled

Export a patient's record, erase a patient with a reason, and see the access log. Data is stored in the EU.

Who this is for

  • A dentist, doctor, physiotherapist, dermatologist or aesthetic nurse working alone.
  • A practitioner renting a room in someone else's clinic who wants a separate patient base.
  • A part-time practice that does not justify a monthly subscription yet.
  • Anyone who plans to hire within a year and wants the history to carry over.

What Solo costs, and what it does not include

Solo is €0 with no time limit: one practitioner, one location, up to 200 patients, calendar, patients, booking page, documents, payments and calendar sync. It does not include SMS reminders, claims tracking or reports; those come with Practice at €89 a month for up to five practitioners, which starts with a 14-day trial. Email booking confirmations are included on Solo.

Questions solo practitioners ask

Is Solo really free, or is it a trial?

It is free with no end date. The limits are one practitioner, one location and 200 patients. When you pass any of them you choose a paid plan; nothing is deleted in the meantime.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Create the clinic, add your services and hours, and the booking page is live. A card is only asked for when you move to a paid plan, after its 14-day trial.

Can patients book without me answering the phone?

Yes. The booking page shows your free slots inside the hours you set. You can require confirmation for each booking or let them confirm automatically. Either way the patient gets an email.

Are reminders included on Solo?

Booking confirmations by email are included. Automatic SMS and email appointment reminders are part of Practice and above, which include SMS credits.

What happens to my data if I upgrade or leave?

Upgrading changes nothing in your data. If you leave, export your patients and visits as CSV and each patient's full record on request. We do not lock data behind a plan.

Does it work for a dentist working alone?

Yes. Solo includes the FDI tooth chart and priced treatment plans, so a single dentist gets the same chart as a five-chair clinic.

Free for one practitioner. Ready for the second.
