Write a treatment plan and book it
A plan is a list of items with quantity and unit price; the estimate is the total. Items link to appointments, so the plan shows what is done and what is left.

Open the patient and add a plan
On the patient record open Treatment plans and create a new one. Give it a title and choose the responsible doctor.

Add items
Pick procedures from your catalogue; prices are pre-filled and editable. Dentists add the tooth number in FDI notation; physiotherapists set the number of sessions as quantity.

Show the estimate
The total is at the bottom. Mark the plan as proposed when the patient has seen it and as accepted when they agree; notes hold what was discussed.

Book from the plan
Create the appointment for each item and link it. When the visit is completed the item moves to done with the date.

Close the plan
Mark items that will not happen as skipped. The plan moves to in progress and then completed on its own as items are done.
Good to know
- A patient can have several plans, each with its own doctor and status.
- Done items keep the price they were delivered at even if you change the catalogue later.
- The plan is included in the patient's data export.
