Larnaca, Cyprus

Clinic software for Larnaca, for practices that are growing with the city

Larnaca is growing: new residents from across Europe and the Middle East, a rebuilt seafront, and clinics that started as one surgery and now need a second room or a second site. Relatica gives a Larnaca practice a booking page patients find from Google, a diary that knows about the GHS and insurers, reminders in three languages and a way to add a location without a second system.

What running a clinic in Larnaca involves

Larnaca practices are mixed by design: Cypriot families on the GHS, international residents on private insurance, and patients who arrive through the airport for treatment they planned from abroad.

GHS, insurers and self-paying patients

Beneficiaries pay a co-payment and the rest is claimed from the GHS; insured patients are claimed from their insurer; others pay privately. Relatica marks each visit accordingly, applies your co-payment and tracks claims through submitted, approved, paid or rejected.

Patients who book before they arrive

Dental and aesthetic patients from abroad plan visits around flights. A public booking page with real free slots and email confirmation lets them book from home; the clinic confirms and the reminder arrives the day before.

A second site in the suburbs

Aradippou, Oroklini and Livadia are where Larnaca practices open their second room. Relatica keeps one organization with locations that each have their own hours, rooms and booking page.

Three languages at reception

Greek, English and Russian are all complete in the interface and in patient messages. Each patient carries a preferred language, so the SMS arrives in the right one.

What Relatica does for a Larnaca clinic

Booking page found from Google

A public page at your clinic's address that lists your services, practitioners and free slots. Link it from your Google Business Profile and social media.

GHS and insurer claims

Beneficiary ID on the patient, co-payment applied, claims tracked to paid for the GHS and for any insurer on your list.

Reminders in three languages

SMS and email reminders in the patient's language, up to five per visit. Practice includes 300 SMS a month, Clinic 1,000.

A second location without a second system

Add the Aradippou clinic as a location with its own subdomain, diary and booking page. Staff see the sites they are assigned to.

Plans for multi-visit treatment

A priced list of procedures or sessions linked to the appointments that deliver them, so a patient planning visits around travel sees what is done and what is next.

GDPR tools

Export or erase a patient with a documented reason and an access log. Data stored in the EU.

  • Physiotherapy, dermatology and aesthetic clinics growing from one room to two.
  • A single practitioner who wants a free system that can add a colleague later.

Support from Limassol

Relatica is built in Limassol. We help Larnaca clinics remotely with importing patients and setting up services, hours and the booking page, and can visit for a larger migration. Support is by email in Greek, English and Russian. Relatica does not submit claims to the GHS portal for you, does not issue tax receipts and has no link to laboratories.

Questions from Larnaca clinics

Can patients abroad book before they fly in?

Yes. The booking page works from anywhere, accepts any phone country code and confirms by email. You can require confirmation for first visits so reception checks the request before it becomes an appointment.

How do GHS visits work?

The patient carries a GHS beneficiary number, the clinic sets its co-payment, and the visit is marked as GHS. The claim is tracked through submitted, approved, paid or rejected; submission itself happens on the GHS portal.

We are opening a second room in Oroklini. One account?

Yes. Add it as a location under your organization with its own hours, rooms and booking page. Patients are shared across the organization, so a patient seen at both sites is one record. The Clinic plan covers three locations.

Do reminders work in Russian and English as well as Greek?

Yes. Each patient has a preferred language, and reminders and confirmations use it. The clinic's own language is the fallback.

Can we bring our patient list from the old program?

Yes. Export a CSV or spreadsheet and upload it. Relatica maps names, phones, emails and dates of birth and shows the mapping before importing.

What does it cost?

Solo is free for one practitioner with up to 200 patients. Practice is €89 a month for up to five practitioners, Clinic €199 a month for up to fifteen across three locations. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial without a card.
