Paphos, Cyprus

Clinic software for Paphos, where half the waiting room reads English

Paphos practices serve the island's largest British and Northern European community alongside Cypriot families and a summer of visitors. Many are one or two practitioners, not hospitals. Relatica gives a small Paphos clinic a booking page and reminders in English and Greek, a GHS-aware diary and a proper record, with a free plan for a single practitioner.

What running a clinic in Paphos involves

Paphos is smaller than Limassol and Nicosia and more international per head. The practices that do well here are the ones that are easy to book and easy to understand in English.

Expats on the GHS and on private insurance

Residents registered with the GHS pay a co-payment and the rest is claimed; others carry international or local private insurance; visitors pay privately. Relatica marks each visit as GHS, insurance or self-paid and tracks the claims by reference and status.

English by default for many patients

The booking page, the confirmation email and the reminders exist in English, Greek and Russian, and each patient carries a preferred language. A Cypriot patient and a British one get the right message from the same diary.

Small teams

A dentist with a nurse, a physiotherapist with one room, a GP with a part-time receptionist. Relatica Solo is free for one practitioner, and Practice at €89 a month covers up to five; nobody pays for seats they do not use.

Seasonal peaks and no-shows

From May to October the diary fills with visitors and part-year residents. Automatic reminders by SMS and email reduce the no-shows that cost a small clinic the most.

What Relatica does for a Paphos clinic

A booking page in English and Greek

Patients pick the service, the practitioner and a slot on your public page. Lead time, horizon and whether bookings need confirmation are yours to set.

Reminders in the patient's language

SMS and email reminders, up to five per visit, in the language on the patient record. Practice includes 300 SMS a month.

GHS and insurers

Beneficiary ID, co-payment at the desk, claims tracked to paid for the GHS and for any insurer you add to your list.

Tooth chart and plans

For Paphos dental practices: an FDI chart with surfaces and history, and priced treatment plans that patients can read in their language.

Documents on the record

Upload referral letters, insurance forms, results and consents to the patient. Allergies and medications sit on the first screen.

Your diary in your phone

A private calendar feed for Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, so a single practitioner sees the day without opening another app.

Who this is for in Paphos

  • Dental practices in Kato Paphos, the centre, Chloraka and Peyia with international patients.
  • GPs and specialists registered with the GHS who also see insured and private patients.
  • Physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics taking bookings from Facebook groups and Google.
  • A single practitioner who wants a free, proper system rather than a notebook.

Support from Limassol

Relatica is built in Limassol, an hour down the motorway. We help Paphos clinics remotely with importing patients and setting up services, hours and the booking page, and can visit for a larger migration. Support is by email in English and Greek. Relatica does not submit claims to the GHS portal for you, does not issue tax receipts and has no link to laboratories.

Questions from Paphos clinics

Can the whole thing run in English?

Yes. The clinic chooses its interface language, and the booking page and messages follow the patient's preferred language. English, Greek and Russian are all complete.

Is the free plan enough for one practitioner?

For most, yes. Solo includes the calendar, the booking page, up to 200 patients with full records, documents, payments and calendar sync, with no time limit. SMS reminders, claims tracking and reports come with Practice.

How do GHS visits work?

The patient carries a GHS beneficiary number, the clinic sets its co-payment, and the visit is marked as GHS. The claim is tracked through submitted, approved, paid or rejected; submission itself happens on the GHS portal.

Can visitors book without a Cypriot phone number?

Yes. The booking page asks for a name, a phone and an email; any country code works, and the confirmation goes by email. SMS reminders are sent to international numbers too.

What if we already have patients in a spreadsheet?

Upload it. Relatica recognises name, phone, email and date-of-birth columns and shows what it found before importing. We can do it with you.

What does it cost?

Solo is free for one practitioner with up to 200 patients. Practice is €89 a month for up to five practitioners, Clinic €199 a month for up to fifteen across three locations. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial without a card.
