Clinic software for the capital, where most visits start with the GHS
Nicosia has the largest population on the island, the most specialist practices and the headquarters of the Health Insurance Organisation. A practice here lives inside the General Healthcare System more than anywhere else: personal doctors, referrals, co-payments and claims. Relatica models that flow in a Greek interface and keeps the diary, the record and the money in one place.
What running a practice in Nicosia involves
The capital's practices are mostly Greek-speaking, GHS-registered and spread between the centre and the suburbs. Each of those facts changes what the software has to do.
Personal doctors and referrals
A GHS beneficiary sees their personal doctor first and reaches a specialist with a referral for a €6 co-payment, or directly for €25. Relatica records the beneficiary number on the patient, applies the co-payment the clinic sets and creates the claim for the rest, tracked through submitted, approved, paid or rejected.
Specialists with full diaries
Cardiologists, gynaecologists, ENT and paediatric practices in Nicosia book weeks ahead. A booking page that shows real free slots, with confirmation at the desk, fills cancellations without extra phone calls.
Centre, Strovolos, Lakatamia, Engomi
Many Nicosia practices have a second site in the suburbs. Relatica keeps one organization with locations that each have their own subdomain, hours, rooms and booking page, and staff assigned to where they work.
Greek first, English and Russian when needed
The interface, the booking page and the reminders are in Greek. Patients from the international community get their messages in English or Russian if that is their preferred language.
What Relatica does for a Nicosia practice
GHS beneficiaries and claims
Beneficiary ID on the patient, co-payment applied at check-in, claim created from the visit and tracked to paid. Private insurers handled the same way with their own reference.
A record for a consultation
Allergies, chronic conditions, medications and blood type on the first screen; visit notes per appointment; documents such as results and referral letters uploaded to the patient.
Online booking with confirmation
Patients book a service, a doctor and a slot on your public page. Bookings can arrive as requests that reception confirms, so a specialist diary stays under control.
Access by role
Owner, admin, manager and staff roles decide who sees clinical data and who changes settings. Every access to a record is logged.
Locations under one account
Each site has its own diary, rooms, booking page and reminder sender. The Clinic plan covers three locations and fifteen practitioners.
Visits report per doctor
Filter visits by doctor, status and date; export CSV or print. Useful for GHS activity records and for the accountant.

Support from Limassol, an hour away
Relatica is built in Limassol. For Nicosia clinics we help remotely with importing patients and setting up services, hours and the booking page, and we can visit for larger migrations. Support is in Greek and English by email. What Relatica does not do: submit claims to the GHS portal on your behalf, issue tax receipts or connect to laboratory systems.
Contact usQuestions from Nicosia practices
Does Relatica submit claims to the GHS?
No. It keeps the beneficiary number, applies the co-payment and tracks the claim with the amount and status. You submit on the GHS portal and record the outcome in Relatica so the money side stays complete.
Is the interface fully in Greek?
Yes. The application, the booking page, the messages to patients and this website exist in Greek, English and Russian. The clinic chooses its language; each patient can have a preferred language for messages.
Can two sites share one patient base?
Yes. Patients belong to the organization, so a patient seen in the centre and in Strovolos is one record with one history. Appointments, services and rooms stay per location.
How does online booking work for a specialist who needs referrals?
You choose which services are bookable online. Bookings can arrive as requests, and reception confirms them after checking the referral. The patient gets a confirmation by email either way.
Can we import patients from our current program?
Yes. Export a CSV or spreadsheet, upload it, and Relatica maps names, phones, emails and dates of birth and shows the mapping before importing. Clinical history is entered per patient as they come in.
What does it cost?
Solo is free for one practitioner with up to 200 patients. Practice is €89 a month for up to five practitioners, Clinic €199 a month for up to fifteen across three locations. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial without a card.
