Relatica vs Iatrico, for a clinic in Cyprus
Iatrico is the practice management system most Cypriot doctors have heard of: it grew out of a Windows medical-records program from the early 2000s, took the Iatrico name in 2009 and moved to the cloud, with a rebuilt version launched in September 2024. If you are choosing between the two for a practice in Cyprus, the differences are in online booking, languages, how the GHS is handled and the pricing model. Both are made in Cyprus; both bill in euros.
What Iatrico is
Iatrico, from Nicosia, packs an electronic medical record and a practice management system into one subscription: a scheduler, invoices, receipts and expenses, financial reports, treatment planning with cost and time estimates, email and SMS reminders, a mobile app on the App Store and Google Play, and a physiotherapy edition with exercises, flowsheets and assessments. Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Plans are billed annually: Essential at €20 a month for one practitioner with appointments and financials, Complete at €49 with medical records, and Physio at €39 for three physiotherapists. Every plan has unlimited users, locations and patients, and support is free.

Export your patient list from Iatrico as CSV or Excel and import it into Relatica; names, phones, emails, dates of birth and GHS beneficiary numbers are mapped automatically. Visit history, invoices and clinical notes do not transfer between systems; most clinics keep read access to the old system for a few months and start fresh records from the switch date. Questions about switching
Is Relatica cheaper than Iatrico?
It depends on what you need. Iatrico's Essential plan is €20 a month but does not include medical records; Complete with records is €49, the same as Relatica Practice, which also includes online booking, reminders and claim tracking. For one practitioner who wants to start free, Relatica Solo has no equivalent on Iatrico's price list.
Does Iatrico support the GHS?
Iatrico's public pages do not mention the GHS, so we cannot say what it does; ask them. Relatica records the beneficiary number, applies the co-payment and tracks the claim to paid. Neither product submits claims to the GHS portal for you as far as their pages state; you do that on the portal.
What does Iatrico have that Relatica does not?
A native mobile app, a physiotherapy edition with exercises and flowsheets, unlimited locations on every plan, and a much longer history in Cyprus. We list this so you can decide honestly.
Is Relatica in Greek?
Yes, fully: the app, the booking page, patient messages and this site, in Greek, English and Russian. Iatrico's site does not state its interface languages.
