See your appointments in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar

A feed is a private link that calendar apps read on their own schedule. It is read-only: appointments are changed in Relatica and appear in the app on its next refresh.

About 3 min

  1. 1

    Create a feed

Open Settings, then Calendar feeds. Create a feed for one doctor or for the whole location and give it a label such as the device it will be on. Copy the link.

  2. 2

    Google Calendar

On the web, next to Other calendars click the plus sign, choose From URL, paste the link and add. It appears on the phone app after the next sync.

  3. 3

    Apple Calendar on iPhone

Open Settings, then Calendar, then Accounts, then Add Account, then Other, then Add Subscribed Calendar. Paste the link. On a Mac use File, then New Calendar Subscription.

  4. 4

    Outlook

In Outlook on the web choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, paste the link and save. Desktop Outlook picks it up from the account.

  5. 5

    Revoke when needed

Delete the feed in Settings and the link stops working immediately, for example when a phone is lost or a doctor leaves.

Good to know

  • Google refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours; Apple lets you choose the interval in the calendar's settings.
  • Events show the patient name and phone, service, doctor, room, status and appointment notes; clinical notes are not included.
  • Up to 50 feeds per location. The Settings page shows when each was last fetched.
