Your clinic diary in the calendar you already look at
Doctors do not want another app on their phone. Relatica publishes a private calendar feed for each doctor or for the whole clinic that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook subscribe to. Appointments appear where the doctor already looks, the source of truth stays in Relatica, and a link can be revoked the moment it should stop working.
How a feed works

Create a feed link
In Settings, create a feed for one doctor or for the whole location and give it a label such as "Dr Georgiou phone". Each link is a long random token.

Subscribe in your calendar
Paste the link as a calendar subscription in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The feed is a standard iCalendar file, so any calendar that supports subscriptions works.

Appointments appear
Each appointment shows the patient and their phone, the service, the doctor, the room, the status and the appointment notes, in the clinic's time zone. Cancelled visits disappear.

It refreshes on the calendar's schedule
The feed suggests a refresh interval, and the calendar app decides how often to fetch; Google typically updates every few hours, Apple and Outlook as you set them. Relatica records when a feed was last fetched.

Revoke when needed
Delete the feed and the link stops working immediately, for example when a doctor leaves or a phone is lost.
What the clinic controls
Feeds are managed by the roles you allow.
- Scope
- A feed for one doctor or for all appointments at a location.
- Label
- A name for each link so you know which device it is on.
- Revocation
- Any feed can be deleted at any time; up to 50 feeds per location.
- Last fetched
- See when each feed was last read, to spot links that are no longer used.
What calendar sync does not do
It is a window, not a second diary.
- Read-only: appointments cannot be created or moved from Google or Apple Calendar.
- No import of the doctor's personal calendar into Relatica for availability.
- No push updates; the calendar app fetches on its own schedule.
- Feed links grant access to appointment details; treat them like passwords and revoke lost ones.

Which calendars are supported?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and Outlook on desktop, web and mobile. Anything that subscribes to an iCalendar URL works.
How often does it update?
That is decided by the calendar app. Google Calendar refreshes subscriptions every few hours; Apple Calendar lets you choose from every 5 minutes to weekly; Outlook every few hours. Relatica shows when each feed was last fetched.
Can I edit an appointment from my phone calendar?
No. The feed is read-only. Open Relatica in the browser to change an appointment; the feed updates on its next fetch.
What does an event contain?
The patient name and phone, the service, the doctor, the room, the status and the notes written on the appointment, with the correct time zone. Clinical visit notes and documents are not included.
What if a link leaks?
Delete it in Settings; it stops working immediately. Create a new one and subscribe again.
Is there two-way sync with Google?
Not yet. Relatica is the source of truth and the feed is a live view of it.
