Turn on online booking
Every location has a public booking page at its own address under /book. It is off until you enable it, and everything patients see follows the settings below.
About 5 min
- 1
Check services and hours first
The page offers only active services and the working hours set for the location. Make sure both are right before you open the page.
- 2
Open Settings, then Online booking
Switch it on. Choose whether bookings arrive as requests to confirm or as confirmed appointments.
- 3
Set lead time, horizon and slot grid
Lead time is the earliest slot offered in hours from now; horizon is how many days ahead patients may book; the slot grid is 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes.
- 4
Pick bookable services and doctors
Leave both open to everything active, or tick only what patients may book themselves, for example first consultations.
- 5
Write the notice and phone number
A short notice appears on the page, and the phone number is shown there and in the confirmation email.
- 6
Share the link
Open the page at your clinic address followed by /book, check it on a phone, and put the link on your website, Google Business Profile and social media.
Good to know
- Returning patients are matched by phone number, so nobody is duplicated.
- Turning the page off hides it without deleting anything.
- Bookings and confirmations are written to the patient's communication log.
