Galinos is the drug reference most Greek doctors already use, and Galinos Office is the practice program that grew out of it. Relatica is a practice management system with online booking, reminders, treatment plans, claims and several locations under one account. What Galinos Office is
Galinos, by Ergobyte, is a Greek pharmaceutical knowledge base: drug information, interactions, pregnancy and breastfeeding safety, ICD-10 and ATC classifications. Galinos Office adds a web-based practice program with appointment scheduling, an electronic patient file and document organisation, offered free for up to 150 patients. It is Greek-only and closely tied to the way Greek doctors prescribe.

Choose Galinos Office if

Using both, or switching
Many Greek doctors will keep Galinos open for drug information whatever practice system they use; Relatica does not try to replace it. If you move the diary and the patient file to Relatica, export your patient list as a spreadsheet and import it; contact fields are mapped automatically. Clinical history is entered as patients come in.
Questions from Greek practices
Does Relatica include a drug database?
No. Relatica records allergies and current medications as text on the patient and leaves drug reference and e-prescription to Galinos and the national platforms.
Is Relatica fully in Greek?
Yes: the application, the booking page, patient messages and this site, together with English and Russian.
Does Relatica connect to EOPYY or e-prescription?
No. It tracks insurer claims by reference and status and records payments; prescriptions and referrals continue on the national platforms.
Is Relatica free for a small practice?
Solo is free for one doctor at one location with up to 200 patients, with no time limit. Practice is €89 a month for up to five doctors.
