Alternative to YCLIENTS

Relatica vs YCLIENTS, for a Russian-speaking clinic in the EU

YCLIENTS is the best-known booking and CRM platform in the Russian-speaking world, built for salons and clinics in Russia with rouble pricing, Russian telephony and messenger integrations and a medical module for Russian regulation. Many doctors who moved to Cyprus or Greece know it well. Relatica is the Russian-speaking option built for the EU: data in the European Union, euro invoices with VAT, Greek and English for patients and staff, and the GHS.

What YCLIENTS is

YCLIENTS offers online booking through its own marketplace and widgets, a client base, automatic notifications through Russian messengers and SMS, telephony, loyalty programmes, stock, staff pay calculation, analytics and a mobile app, with a medical module that adds patient cards, treatment plans and reporting to Russia's state health information system. Plans are priced in roubles by number of users, with a short free trial. Support and documentation are in Russian.

Switching from YCLIENTS

Export the client base from YCLIENTS as a spreadsheet and import it into Relatica; names, phones, emails and dates of birth are mapped automatically. Booking history and notes stay behind; most clinics start fresh with the next visit. Solo is free, and we can do the import with you.

Questions about switching

Is Relatica fully in Russian?

Yes: the application, the booking page, patient messages and this site. Greek and English are equally complete, so a Russian-speaking reception can serve Greek and English patients from the same system.

Where is the data stored?

In the European Union, encrypted, with backups. Patient export and erasure for GDPR are built in. See the Security page.

Does Relatica send WhatsApp or Telegram messages?

Not yet. Reminders and confirmations go by SMS and email. Manually logged calls and messages can be recorded on the patient.

Can I pay from a Cypriot or Greek company?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed in euros through Paddle with a VAT invoice for your company.

Russian-speaking, EU-based

Solo is free for one practitioner; paid plans start with a 14-day trial.
