A website for your clinic, built from what you already keep in Relatica
Relatica publishes a public website for each clinic: doctors with photos and bios, services with prices, opening hours, address and map, patient reviews and online booking, all from the same records the reception uses every day. Pick one of three templates, choose your colours and fonts, write the texts in English, Greek and Russian, and publish at your free address or at your own domain. When a doctor joins or a price changes, the site follows.
From portal to published site
The site is an editor tab in the portal, not a separate product. Here is how a clinic goes live.

Start from a draft that already knows you
The first draft is built from your location: name, address, phone, opening hours, the doctors and services you marked as visible, and the languages you serve. Every clinic starts with a home page that already has an opening, an about block, doctors, services, location and a call to action.

Pick a template and your colours
Calm, Clinical or Warm change the layout and the mood; your primary colour, accent, fonts, corner radius and a light or automatic colour scheme are yours to set. Fonts are served from Relatica, so no request goes to Google Fonts.

Arrange sections and write in three languages
Add, reorder or remove sections: opening (with a full-width cover photo if you like), about with highlights, doctors, services and prices, location with map, online booking, insurers, reviews, gallery, FAQ, free text and call to action. Each text has an English, Greek and Russian version; a missing one falls back to your default language.

See it before anyone else does
The editor shows a live preview on desktop, tablet and phone sizes. Changes save automatically, undo and redo work as you expect, and the published site does not change until you press Publish. A readiness checklist tells you what is still missing, from a logo to a privacy page.

Publish at your address
Every clinic gets a free address on relatica.clinic. Paid plans connect a domain the clinic already owns: the exact DNS records are shown with a copy button, the connection is checked every five minutes, and the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically. The free address then redirects to your domain.
What the clinic controls
Everything below is set in the Website tab of the portal and takes effect on the next publish.
- Pages
- A single page, or up to eight pages such as Team, Prices and Contact, with their own navigation and URLs per language.
- Who and what is shown
- Doctors and services carry a "show on site" switch. Each doctor gets a page at /doctors/<name> with a Book button that preselects them.
- Booking on the site
- The booking page wears the site's header and footer, so patients never leave your domain. For an existing website there is a one-line widget that opens the booking flow as a button or inline.
- Reviews
- Invite a patient by a personal link or email after a completed visit, approve, hide or reply, and show the approved ones with a filter by rating and the legally required note on how they were collected.
- Legal pages and wording
- Privacy and legal notice pages are generated from your details. A compliance profile per country checks the wording; for doctors in Greece, where testimonials are not allowed, the reviews section is off.
- Search engines
- Titles and descriptions per page and language, an Open Graph image, structured data for the clinic and each physician, hreflang links, a sitemap and robots file, and a ping to search engines on every publish.
What the website does not do yet
So that you know before you rely on it.
- No blog or news section; the free-text section is for static pages.
- No custom HTML, CSS or scripts; the three templates and their settings are the whole design surface.
- No forms other than booking and reviews, and no online payment.
- No import of Google reviews and no Google Business Profile sync yet.
- Domains are connected, not bought: you register the domain at any registrar. One-click DNS setup at registrars that support Domain Connect is being enabled; until then you add two records by hand, which the panel shows you.
What each plan includes
Solo, the free plan, publishes a one-page site at your free address with a small "Website by Relatica" badge and 20 MB of images; online booking is not part of Solo. Practice (€49 a month) and Team add up to eight pages, 200 MB of images, one domain of your own and booking on the site. Clinic (€199) allows three domains and 500 MB, Network has no limits.

Do I need a designer or a developer?
No. The first draft is generated from your clinic data, and everything else is a form in the portal: pick a template, set colours, write texts, reorder sections, publish.
Can I keep my current website and only add booking?
Yes. Paste one line of code into your existing site and patients get a Book button that opens the Relatica booking flow, or embed it inline on a page.
What happens to the site when I change a price or add a doctor?
The site reads doctors, services, hours and contact details from the portal, so the change shows on the next publish. Only the texts you wrote by hand stay as they are.
How do I connect my own domain?
Type the domain in the Domain tab. The panel shows the records to add at your registrar, checks the connection every five minutes and issues the HTTPS certificate itself. Both www and the bare domain work; one redirects to the other.
Is the site in Greek and Russian too?
Yes. Each text has three versions and each language has its own URLs, with hreflang links so search engines show the right one. Turn off a language you do not serve.
Can patients leave reviews on the site?
Yes, by a personal invitation after a completed visit, so every review comes from a real patient. You approve each one before it appears. For doctors in Greece the section is off, because the law there does not allow testimonials.
Where is the site hosted and how fast is it?
On the same EU infrastructure as the portal, with pages rendered ahead of time and cached, images converted to WebP in several sizes, and fonts served from Relatica. No third-party scripts load unless you open the map.
